Spring Spruce Up

Are you handy? Can you hold a paintbrush? Then we need your help. We have two Saturdays set aside as designated "Spring Spruce Up" days and we could use some help to get our house ready for renters. We'll be working all day on Saturday April 16 & May 7. If you could spare an hour, or two, or a half day we would be amazingly grateful. And of course we'll have drinks, snacks, pizza & beer. If you know you can come help, great--let us know. If you don't know until the last minute, then of course you're welcome to just show up.

Here is a detailed list of things that likely need to be done:

Bathroom:

paint & minor plaster, grout work and bathtub caulk removal/recaulk, replace vanity, repair toilet

Hallway:

paint

Bedrooms:

paint, repair door hinge

Dining room:

paint window trim, paint touch ups

Kitchen:

paint touch ups

Sunroom:

(has water damage & could use some knowledgeable input)

pull up/replace linoleum & possibly subfloor, repair window frames, sill & door stoop, paint exterior door

Garage:

replace side door, build loft above rafters for storage

Outside:

clear area between garage and neighbor's garage, replace wooden fence pickets, repaint wooden fence/swingset, remove smaller diseased tree, replace front gutter

Do you have any supplies to help with the above jobs that you might be willing to donate? i.e. paintbrushes, rollers, tarps, tools (to borrow), nails, etc. Anything to help offset the costs would be greatly appreciated. Just let us know what you've got & we won't plan to purchase it. We also could use extra tools for any of the jobs listed above.
